my name is Suzanne Lain, I'm 26 years old and have 2 children aged 4 and 6. My husband James Lain born 14/4/81 decided to take his life on the 30/04/12 aged only 31. On the 4/6/12 our close friend Nicholas Thomas born 19/4/84 took his life too.
Whilst trying to come to terms with the tragic news I have given my time to raising awareness and funds to a charity called C.A.L.M (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

I am working with a team called a nice CALM ride http://www.anicecalmride.com/ who are aiming to set up CALM zones in cities around the UK. The Calm Zone in Merseyside has cut its suicide rate down by 55% so we feel that more zones like this will help. They are raising money by having a ride out in August 2013 from Watton Norfolk, to Modena in Italy and back.
