<p><strong>Row Row Row your boat....gently across the Channel.</strong></p>
<p>Thats exactly what 7 WOMEN have decided to do. Some people have called us insane, but you can call us <span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: #ff3399; font-size: 11pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">Channêl No. 7.</span></strong></span></p>
<p>We will be the first female only crew to row a 'Thames Waterman Cutter' from England to France. It's approximately 24miles or 33km. The current record is 3 hours 45min which we intend to have a jolly good crack at - in for a penny and all that.</p>
<p>Along with our gym training are following a 12 week 'on the water' training programme to follow and a minimum of £12,000 to raise for the AHOY charity. My calculator tells me that's £1,000 a week. Please give generously as it's for an excellent cause which we've seen first hand and truly believe in.</p>
