On October 9th 2011 I am running the Royal Parks half marathon (http://royalparkshalf.com/) on behalf of the Leonard Cheshire Disability charity.  More information on the work they do can be found on their website - http://www.lcdisability.org/ - but in a nutshell, they campaign for change as well as providing services and solutions to allow disabled people to live their lives their way.
