I am doing the 5K Santa run to raise money for the charity I work for, Leonard Cheshire Disability. This charity does amazing work and supports disabled people in the UK and worldwide through a variety of services, as well as campaigning to change society's attitudes to disability.

As most of you know, I am not sporty in the slightest and can barely run down the road so to do the 5k run will be a big achievement so please sponsor me!!
