The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. On 31st July, I'll be tackling RideLondon and riding 100 miles to raise money for The Prince's Trust. I'm realising through training that a) 100 miles is a very long way, b) Kent is very hilly and c) I'll need a very soft cushion to sit on on 1st August!

The Prince’s Trust helps 13 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives. Many of the young people they help are in, or leaving, care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or have been in trouble with the law. Their programmes give young people the practical and financial support they need to stabilise their lives.

CGI is a corporate patron of the Prince's Trust and in 2016, it’s both CGI’s 40th birthday and The Prince’s Trust 40th birthday. CGI has pledged to match money raised for The Prince's Trust up to £40K, and I'd like to contribute towards giving young people the best possible chance as they start out from difficult beginnings in our difficult world.
