I have taken part in this Challenge 3 times now but was unable to take part last year due to knee surgery. I have a connective tissue disorder which badly affects my joints and I am unable to take part in any high impact activities so swimming is about the only thing I can do. Which is ok because I like to swim! 

Aspire is a great charity helping people with spinal injuries. This could happen to any one of us so it's a great charity to support.
