<p>Please help me raise money for the Chestnut Appeal for Prostate Cancer, supporting men with prostate cancer across Devon &amp; Cornwall.</p> <p>I will be swimming a mile around Burgh Island in Devon on Sunday 4 September. Having trained in one of the cleanest and clearest lakes in England and completed a mile in the not so clear Victoria Dock in London, I am now heading for the sea - a drop in temperature, with waves and jelly fish. On the plus side, I get to dress in rubber and wear a silly hat.</p> <p>UPDATE - The swim went well - why was it only 1 mile?!
