In addition, I will personally match your donation* to Spinal Research with an equivalent donation to The Citizens' Foundation, a fantastic organization that builds schools for under-privileged children in Pakistan!

Those of you who knew me in college will probably remember how much I hated running, but it's for a great cause so I'm making the effort! As I ramp up to marathon distance, I intend to run a few other races too:
