<p>We will be taking part in the <a href="http://www.Mac4x4.co.uk">www.Mac4x4.co.uk</a> Challenge in March 2011 with all monies raised going to Macmillan Cancer Support. This is our 1st attempt at this event which is a test of navigation, on & off road driving, observation and map reading skills spread over 4 days and nights by a 2 man team. All done whilst having fun and raising money for a very worthy cause.</p>
<p>Although the actual event itself is a as a 2 man team without our support & backup man we would not be able to compete in this challenge.</p>
<p>We will now be taking part in Marcus's Disco! my baby a Range Rover P38, 4.6 V8 has been sidelined . Competing on the will be myself & Phil, who is a lorry driver with many years experience on the road and has taken part in similar challenge's during his army days (many moons ago so we got the map reading and navigaional bit covered ). Marcus builds Dakars and loves all things off road and between them both I am in good hands. All I have to do is drive! map read (which way up will be the 1st test!)! observe and enjoy (did someone mention camping? in winter?me oops) lol.. </p>
<p>We have all been touched by cancer and the support provided by Macmillan Cancer Support has been priceless.
