The four of us are cycling 'Coast to Coast', from the west coast of Cumbria, riding through the Northern Lakes and over the Pennines, to the north east coast. 140 miles of some gruelling hills, burning thighs, sweat, lots of mars bars, hopefully plenty of laughs, and not too many tears or punctures!

This is a challenge for all of us, but we'd like to try and raise some money for the Lake District Search and Mountain Rescue Association at the same time. This is a great charity who rescue and save lives of many a fell walker in the lake district and eden valley - including a few people we know! They can only operate via donations by the public, so we kindly ask you to sponsor us for this great cause.
