<p>Thanks for visiting my page.</p> <p>Over four days at the end of September I'm going to be cycling to Paris in aid of my favourite charity, Buttle UK. Buttle is a great cause, which provides grants to children living in extreme poverty in the UK, either for essential household goods - like fridges and beds - or for specialist education services. The Paris ride is about 375Km (excluding the Channel...), which should be a decent challenge for someone as catastrophically unfit as me (I get short of breath when I grate cheese), and my lovely employer will match the first &pound;500 that I raise, so please dig deep and give whatever you can.</p> <p>Thanks a million</p> <p>TH</p>
