Capita Step Challenge 2016 · 18 January 2016

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Did you know that as part of a healthy lifestyle you should aim to take 10,000 steps every day? However, most of us only manage between 3,000 and 5,000.

To help us get fit and fundraise in the New Year, Capita has launched  the 2016 Capita STEP Challenge. We will be taking a virtual walk from the Prince's Trust Southampton centre to the neighbouring Trust centres across the UK. The virtual route is approximately 881 miles, which is around 1,762,000 steps, just over 10,000 steps a day for each member!

Now for those of you that don't know us, this is a challenge!

Thanks for your donation!
