I haven't really ever taken the plunge and done anything like this before. Sure, I've been relatively active, however this promises to be the biggest challenge I've ever faced. 

(That includes having kids!)

I am doing this for myself but primarily for The Princes Trust; this charity provide life-changing support for young people between 11-30 years old. These young people could suffer from mental health issues such as anxiety and depression; this charity supports people in finding help. 

I have been struggling with my anxiety and self-esteem for a few years now. I find it easier to hide away and to take myself out of social situations as much as I possibly can. 

This is only the tip of the iceberg. I have a wonderful little family to support me and lift me up, but a lot of young people out there feel like they don't have anyone to turn to.
