The Tae Kwon Do Trekkers, led by Sam Jennings are taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for the County Air Ambulance.  The Three Peaks Challenge is to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in a 24 hour period.

We aim to raise as much money as possible to support an important service in our region.  The Air Ambulance is essential in live saving by getting to and transporting casualties in that period called "The Golden Hour" where time is of the essence in saving lives.
