Many of us have close friends or family who have been affected by this silent killer so the team and member of FFS are standing up to it by 101 people taking part in a variety of fitness cahllanges on December 10th! you can help too by donating to such a good cause in the Irish Cancer Society! it'll be so rewarding to get over €50,000 Euro raised before Christmas!
