In less than a week's time I will be "running" (trudging, crawling, stumbling...) the London Landmarks half marathon to raise money for TOMMY'S, a fantastic charity that funds research with the aim of saving babies' lives.

I will be running as a member of the 100-strong "Team Bea", in memory of Beatrice Emilia Bunning.
