The GNCH deliver children&rsquo;s services across the whole of the Northern region, and receive referrals from many other hospitals, locally and nationally, who do not have the necessary expertise to treat complex conditions.&nbsp; They are renowned internationally for some of their services, one in particular is the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (often referred to as the "Bubble Unit"). It is one of only two in the country providing highly specialised care for children.
