Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
TT2’s charity of the year for 2011 is the Great North Children’s Hospital (GNCH). The GNCH deliver children’s services across the whole of the Northern region, and receive referrals from many other hospitals, locally and nationally, who do not have the necessary expertise to treat complex conditions. They are renowned internationally for some of their services, one in particular is the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (often referred to as the "Bubble Unit"). It is one of only two in the country providing highly specialised care for children. You can read more about this worthwhile cause via the below link

As part of the fundraising activities we have already completed the Bupa Gateshead 10K run and the 5 Mile GNCH Walk in the Park event held on the 7th of August.
We are also completing the Bupa Great North Run again this year and have a number of staff taking part to raise money for the Charity.
Other activities include a ‘night at the dogs’ on the 14th of September and a toll plaza collection on the 20th of August.
Your sponsorship towards our fundraising activities would be greatly appreciated.
