After spending a week in the Emunah home in Afula last summer and revisiting it for a Shabbat this year, I was lucky enough to meet the amazing children of Emunah. Emunah is an amazing organisation that helps thousands of children on a daily basis through its network of residential homes, high schools, day care centres and therapy and counselling centres. Emunah is one of the primary social welfare organisations in Israel. Emunah does not receive enough money from the government and relies a lot on generous donations. This is why I have chosen to run 10K for Emunah in the Jerusalem Marathon.
