As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis 3.5 years ago - unusually late for a genetic disorder.  So many people have gone out of their way to help me and support me and encourage me.  Since then, my bike has become my salvation and my best friend.  Mile after mile it's making me fitter and stronger and breathing life into me.  It takes me to beautiful places and because of it I have met amazing people. This challenge is about putting something back by raising money to fund essential research into heart disease while doing something I love passionately.
