Mark and I are taking part in CEF’s Around the World in 30 Days challenge, to help raise money and awareness for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The help and support that Macmillan nurses and staff provide to patients and their families during the struggles associated with this horrible disease is both vital and absolutely incredible. We’ve both seen these wonderful people in action and experienced this support first hand. 

We plan to run and cycle a minimum of 200 miles (and hopefully more!) throughout the month of September. Generally speaking, Tami favours the couch over the 5k and Mark likes to have regular second helpings, so we could both do with losing a bit of clem anyway. What better way to do it by supporting the CEF Club and one of our dearest charities.
