Me and 23 of my crazy colleagues have decided to take part in Tough Mudder on August 20th this year to raise money for the Charity Starfish Greathearts Foundation. 

Just to give you a bit of an idea of what were up against, the course includes running through a course of dangling wires designed to shock you with 10,000 volts of electricity! Yes, even im questioning my sanity!  

Starfish are a charity committed to helping children in South Africa who have been affected in one way or another by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. 

Please donate what you can for the charity so they can continue to help these vulnerable children, many of them orphaned, by providing things such as health check ups, emergency medical packs, crèche equipment and more. 

Just by donating a mere £6 this will ensure a child has a pair of school shoes, something which we all take for granted.
