<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page</p> <p>In August 2009 I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. The word Cancer has a devastating affect not just on yourself but also on your friends and most importantly your family. After having an operation to remove the tumour from my left kidney I started treatment at Southend Hospital to try and prevent the Cancer returning. During the last 2 1/2 years, I have had ups &amp; downs with the treatment but with the support of my family and friends, I have been able to confront the challenges I have faced and overcome them. A big part of my recovery has been the Running Sisterhood. After the operation in 2009 I never thought I would get back to the running distances that I once ran. With the support of the Sisters 1 mile became 2, 2 became 3 and now I find myself preparing for 26.2 miles around the streets of London. I know times are difficult but if you could find the time to sponsor me, however great or small, it will be very much appreciated. Many Thanks Tania x</p>
