I've taken the plunge and registered for the Great Eastern Half Marathon, and as I am about to stagger around the streets of Peterborough, red faced, sweating and generally looking unpleasant, I am doing it for a good cause. Anna's Hope is a great charity, inspired by Anna Hughes who died of a brain tumour at just 3 years old. The charity has funded rehabilitation support of children with cancer, in May we had the opportunity to meet a new nurse that had been funded by the charity, so I know every penny donated will be put to good use.
JustGiving assure me your details are safe and they’ll never sell or use your data.
Thanks for your support and any photos taken on the run may only be used for blackmail if it's going to a good cause!
Tania
