Nearly 20 years ago I found myself homeless and unemployed, sleeping on the streets of Winchester.
Trinity Winchester ran a day centre for people who were homeless and vulnerably housed, they helped me in many ways - from tea and toast in the morning and a hot meal at lunchtime, with practical things such as a hot bath and a place to clean my clothes, to helping me find long term accommodation and find employment. I have so much to thank them for!
Trinity Winchester are still going strong today but with increased numbers (typically over 70 a day.....a 35%+ increase over last year) and less funding both due to the recession they need money to survive.
