On Sunday 8^th August, I will be swimming a mile in the murky London docks, cycling 40km and running (or more likely crawling) 10km.

 This really will be a huge challenge for me and I’d be thrilled if you would spare a few pounds to support my chosen charity -  Education for the Children. This  Foundation exists to help some of the poorest children in Central America off the streets and into the classroom, providing a positive alternative to a life of begging. I sponsor a little boy called Mauricio through this charity and he’s relying on me completing this triathlon. Which means I actually have to do it – URGHH! Wish me luck!
