Virgin London Marathon 2013 · 21 April 2013 ·

It is estimated that as many as 15million children die or remain severely ill every year through potentially treatable or preventable cardiac diseases. Chain of Hope exists to provide children from developing countries affected by life-threatening heart disease with the treatment to save their lives

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

Believe it or not I will actually be running the London Marathon this April.

I'm both proud and happy to say I will be running (or mostly walking) to support a charity called The Chain of Hope that have been treating children suffering from cardiac disease in the developing world since 1996... please help me reach my fundraising target and donate!

The Chain of Hope brings children to the UK and Europe for treatment and by conducting missions abroad. As well as treating children, the Chain of Hope aims to establish cardiac facilities in the developing world and train doctors so that one day the Chain of Hope’s services will no longer be  needed.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
