Story

On Sunday 19th May I am waking 15 miles (whatever the weather) to raise money to get treatment for my friends daughter Harriet.

Harriet is 8 years old and has Rett Syndrome which leaves her severely disabled.

I have known Harriet since she was a baby and whilst I have watched my boys gain skills and develop i have watched Harriet alongside loose her skills, watch her health deteriorate, and now be confined to a wheelchair.

Harriet has no brain damage she is missing just one protein to make her body function normally. Rett syndrome has been reversed in a lab, we just need to raise enough money to transfer the research into girls with Rett syndrome like Harriet.

This is a BIG challenge for me so please spare a few quid!!
