In May, 20102, I will be spending the entire month working with children in Rwanda, East Africa teaching theatre, dance, and make-up. During my two weeks at two different schools, the children and I will explore the possibilties of self expression through the different media, generating a completely original peice of performance art to share with friends at the end of the workshop.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime, something that I have dreamed of doing for the past 5 years. Any support in this endeavor will not only make my journey a bit easier, but it will also allow for more possibilities for the kids, providing me with the funds needed for materials to be sent directly to Dramatic Need.
This trip is completely self funded. I plan on giving all I can to this, if you can give a little, I will be eternally thankful!
