10,500 people in the UK have ataxia which is a progressive neurological condition that disrupts the messages sent from our brains to our muscles that are used to move, speak, listen and see. Ataxia UK funds research into finding treatments and a cure and provide support until they are found.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am doing a skydive for my mom's boyfriends daughter - Millie, on 26th November 2011 at Brackley Airfield. Millie was diagnosed with Friedreich's Ataxia in 2008, a rare neuro-muscular condition effecting every nerve and muscle including her heart. Ataxia means 'lack of order'. Millie's ataxia has been classed as severe. We are trying to raise as much awareness as possible for Ataxia. You can read more about Millie at -  http://milliemaesworld.co.uk/millie/  or her facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/MillieMaesWrld

Thank you.  Taylor.
