Story
Here at Birchwood Price Tools, we pride ourselves on our “Work Hard, Play Hard” business ethic.
During 2012 we turned the play hard element into raising money for charity by completing the 42 Mile Lyke Wake Walk across the North Yorkshire Moors and raising over ten thousand pounds! This year we are back fighting fit with a new team ready to take on our next challenge. We are all too aware of how challenging the economic climate is currently and all we ask is you give whatever amount you can with every single penny making a real difference.
Each participant will be challenged to raise £500 each from family and friends.
Our team of walkers this year includes Managing Director Paul Nieduszynski, Sales Director Paul (Sponge Bob) Simpson and our Commercial Director Fiona Hornsby who will be attempting the tough 25 mile nonstop ascent and descent of Yorkshires 3 highest mountains.
At the moment we have some 35 participants from BPT that are looking to complete the walk which will enable us to raise a fantastic amount of money.
The walk starts 6am on Saturday the 13th July with the aim to finish 12 hours later.
By giving to this event you'll be supporting 2 incredibly deserving UK charities - Together for Short Lives & Breast Cancer Campaign.
This is a fantastic challenge for two incredibly deserving charities and we genuinely appreciate your support.
Any donation you make, no matter how small, will help ensure that Together for Short Lives Hospices and Breast Cancer Campaign continue to support thousands of families.
Thank you for visiting our page and thank you again for your support.
