At the end of May this year, a few colleagues and I (Team CPO) will attempt to climb the three highest peaks in Britain - Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales. We aim to complete the challenge in under 24 hours and hope to raise as much funds as possible for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance unit.

 

 

 

TEAM CPO members have had personal experience where the Air Ambulance has attended incidents. One of those occasions includes a team member's wife being swiftly and safely transported to RUH Bath after falling off a horse and injuring herself. The Air Ambulance is totally funded by charitable donations and the aircraft share arrangement with the Wiltshire police air unit is soon to end. Along with the sterling service they provide to the County, this is why TEAM CPO have chosen this charity to raise money for.

 

 

 

In order for us to raise as much money as possible we plan to keep our costs to a minimum and organise our own event rather than use a registered company.  We plan to raise funds collecting in person and by using on-line donations via this just giving page.
