Time to get off the barstools and into the running shoes! The six Griffin 'athletes' - Ryan, Paul, Steve, Mick, Adi and Alex have begun training hard over the coming months for the British 10k for the amazing local charity SpecialEffect on Sunday July 8th, 2012.

We need motivation and money IS motivation. With a TEN THOUSAND METRE course to run, every pound will count! All money raised goes to this wonderful charity in Charlbury who do whatever it takes to help disabled kids have fun. Every one has the right to have fun, right?!
