The four of us have decided to take on the Extra Mile challenge and cycle over 500 miles through the rolling hills of Eastern France in just 3 days.

For three of us this will be a totally new experience and will add to the "challenge". We started training in April and hope to be fit enough to complete the ride in September.

Your support will not only help this year's Extra Mile charities, Willen Hospice, Carers in Bedfordshire and Medical Detection Dogs; but will also help our own nominated charities, Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support as well as giving us a psychological boost when we're on the road.
