More than 5 years of war, approx 500,000 people have been killed and over 6 million displaced in Syria.

Every day hundreds of thousands of people will go to bed cold and hungry. As temperatures plummet and winter sets in, the situation is becoming more and more critical. Faced with freezing conditions and little food to sustain them, even simple tasks take huge effort and use up valuable energy.

We have to do something. That is why #TeamOrange is committing to raise £100,000 throughout December and January to feed those struggling to survive this winter. A £50 food pack can feed a family of six for an entire month – see what is contained in a food pack and other ways to help below:

Food Pack (£50) includes:

• 5 litre Oil
• 10kg Rice
• 5kg Beans
• 3kg Red lentils
• 3kg sugar
• 5kg pasta
• 2kg tomato paste
• 1kg tea
• 3kg cracked wheat
  

Food and Household Pack (£100) includes:

• Food pack
• Cooking stove
• Fuel for stove 10 litre can
• Cooking pots 3 different sizes
• Tea pots
• 6 plates
• 6 water glass jug
• 6 small plates
• 6 big plates
• Cutlery set for 6 persons

Emergency Pack (£300) includes:

• Tent
• 5 sponge mattresses
• 5 blankets
• 5 pillows
• 1 water thermos
• 1 rubber isolator (1 cm thickness, 16 squared meters)
• 1 food basket
