Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have always kept my charitable work and donations private, I have never asked for sponsorship or donations from my friends.

But this cause is so upsetting I have been moved to ask for everyone's help.

Moon Bears are a beautiful bear found in China, these solitary animals live for up to 40 years in the wild.

Chinese herbalist believe that the Bile found in the Gall Bladder is a cure all and so the bears are caught with wire snares normally losing a limb before being kept in a tiny crush cage for over 20 years.

If that isn't horrific enough they have a metal catheter permanently inserted into their Gall bladders so they can be "milked" on a daily basis.

This is nothing short of torture on a dramatic scale, imagine not being able to stand, sit or even turn around for 20 years.

Animals Asia rescues these bears, rehabilitates them and lets them live their final years in peace and happiness.

Please donate anything you can, a small donation from all my colleagues, friends, customers and suppliers would make a massive difference.

For my part, I have committed to be part of a two man team on the Duckar Rally.

In short, we spent no more than £350 on a car and have entered a 5 day race across Europe to Budapest.

It's more than likely we will end up stuck in a dodgy village somewhere in Europe with a broken drive shaft wondering what to do next !
