Hi everyone!
Thankyou for taking the time to stop by. It makes me very happy you're here! In September 2015 my best friend Cider and I are going to walk the Thames Path Challenge, which is 100km in 24 hours. We are Team Battle Born! So this should probably be a breeeeeeze. Or something. It's actually quite far. It'll be.....an experience.
I am raising money for Invest in ME. They are a UK charity who raise money for research into different types of treatment for ME, or chronic fatigue. Someone I care about very much used to have ME - she got cured, but most people don't. I am raising money so that Invest in ME can someday help to find a cure for everyone else who's got this horrible illness, and make them be able to live normal lives to their full potential and be as ace as this person now is to me. This is something that is extremely close to my heart and I want to raise as much as I can so they can do this. Let's help make lots of people better. :oD
Your lovely lovely donations will keep me going when I am feeling tired and a bit grumpy on the walk. Probably from about 3km in. So please please please donate. It will make my day every time someone donates anything, no matter how small! It's the first time I've done anything like this so it's all very new and bewildering but basically I've sussed out I NEED DONATIONS. So put a massive smile on my face and give 1p or £1 or even £10 (or £1000000 if you're having a generous moment) - but ANYTHING you give will mean the absolute world to me.
Please if you can spare a little extra, also donate to Cider, her page is http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/TeamBattleBorn. I wouldn't be doing any of this if it wasn't for her.
Thankyou thankyou from the bottom of my heart. :o)
