We are a team of 100 Brains & Coffee#1 employees, friends & family; excited to run/jog/walk the Cardiff 10k in aid of Tenovus.

Tenovus is an amazing charity, working across Wales and the South West, to find a cure, treat and prevent cancer.

Our aim is to raise £5,000 as a team. Your donation can really help us smash this goal!

The event kicks off at 10am on 6th September 2015. We would welcome any support and cheering along the course, or in the pub afterwards!
