Hello

Celia, Sian and Joe form one of four teams from the finance department at the Guardian Newspaper competing in the London Triathlon this year for various charities . The Mouth Cancer Foundation charity has been chosen in support of my niece who at the age of 16 tragically lost her father to the disease a year ago. He was also very young, only in his 30's
