On October 25th 2009, we will be standing on the start line of the 4 Deserts Sahara Race.

A week of blistering heat and 155 miles of shifting sands will await us! We'll be running/walking/crawling all the way (hopefully!) carrying our own kit in temperatures that can hit 45C in the day, and close to freezing at night.

Why? Firstly, as many have pointed out, we're all a bit mad. Secondly, and more importantly, because we want to raise as much as we can to support CHASE Hospice Care for Children, to help them continue to do fantastic work in difficult times.

CHASE supports families with children and teenagers not expected to reach their 19th birthday, offering nursing, practical and emotional support to help them make the very best of their time together, however long that might be.

Your support would be warmly appreciated by us and everyone at CHASE.

MANY, MANY THANKS!!!

Luke, Mark and Paul
