A group of us are attempting the Welsh 3000s Challenge. The aim is to stand at the top of all 15 mountains in Wales that are over 3000 feet in 24 hours or less. It starts from the top of Snowdon so getting up there doesn't count! We'll be sleeping at the top of Snowdon so we can start at first light and will probably be walking until about midnight. The whole route is about 30 miles and it's likely to very very hot as we're attempting the challenge in July.

We're raising money for Midlands Air Ambulance - a very worthwhile cause which relies entirely on donations. It's possible that not all of us will make it to the end but we hope you'll agree that any contribution you make is going to a good cause.
