So a quick update - the Yorkshire Three Peaks were tough, but so were we! We took 11 hours to climb 7,000ft and walk 25 miles, but it was worth it for a great cause and we are so grateful to you for all the money donated. It has far exceeded our expectations and spurred us on.

A big thank you to Karen Williams-Thomas who stepped in at a weeks notice after Sooki unfortunately couldn't make it - then led from the front - go Karen.

After a brave but brief fight with an aggressive cancer, we lost our very dear friend, Jo, early last year.

This year we want to attempt a challenge in her honour, and we're going to walk the Yorkshire 3 peaks. Not only that, but we're staying in a Bunk House before and after - let's hope that doesn't become the challenge. We considered a B&B alternative but we thought that the Bunk House was more Jo - oh how she'd laugh!

We're asking everyone to dig deep, to remember our good friend, and say a cash thank you to the nursing charity that was there for Jo and her family through the most difficult time.
