British 10K London Run 2013 · 14 July 2013 ·

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

We are running the British 10k run in support of the Mental Health Foundation.

Our team comprises of; Dr Andrew McCulloch – Chief Executive, Matt Cooper - Trustee, and Sophia Smith – Head of Individual Giving at the Mental Health Foundation.

We aim to complete the race within 50 minutes, a personal best for us all!

The serious business of training coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week which runs from 13-19 May 2013, the theme of which is physical activity and exercise and the impact they have on mental health and wellbeing.

The Mental Health Foundation is committed to reducing the suffering caused by mental ill health and to help us all lead mentally healthier lives. We provide information, conduct research, and campaign to improve services for people affected by mental health problems.

Support the Mental Health Foundation and sponsor Team Mental Health today!

Thank you
