Welcome to Oscar's Page.

Oscar was born with a rare combination of heart defects. While it's unlikely a full repair can be achieved, surgeons and consultants have made it possible for Oscar to have a good quality of life, something that as parents we feared might not happen.

Oscar has showed amazing bravery and determination, even as a tiny baby, undergoing the most unbelievable surgeries, to get where he is today. But everyday, families like ours  are embarking on the  permanent rollercoaster life of heart disease. Nothing is ever the same again. But with the help and support of The Childrens Heart Federation, the way becomes clearer and the future brighter.

We have been overwhelmed by the support of friends that have volunteered to join us on the Dragon Boat to raise money for this great charity. Oscar is an inspiration to those that know him, living proof that it's worth the years of expertise and support thats been invested in him and us.We are grateful for any help you can give us to assist The Childrens Heart Federation to continue their great work for as many families as need it.

Our mission...12 rowing, 1 drumming, in a Dragon Boat on The Thames. If we make it through the day without capsizing, it'll be a BIG bonus (although it appears most folks will pay more to see a soggy crew!)
