Big Fun Run Ipswich 2015 · 17 October 2015 ·

We fund research that will lead to treatments and cures for neurological conditions, we bring researchers together and patients of all disorders, to share ideas, support innovation and deliver results. We are currently involved in trials for DIPG brain tumours, Parkinson's Disease and MND.

Story

In May 2014, 6 year old Daisy Brooks was diagnosed with a devastating and inoperable form of brain tumour called DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma). She received pioneering brain surgery in Bristol, under the care of Professor Steven Gill. Despite this treatment, Daisy very sadly passed away in November 2014. We hope to raise funds to support Professor Gill and his team to continue with ongoing research so that other children and adults may have the chance of a positive future.
