Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Believe or not, the tax team care. We care so much that we are willing to risk life and limb for charity. What’s that? You don’t believe us? Well get this – we’re going to walk down the side of Salisbury Square (the huge building that we work in) backwards. Without ropes. Pretty impressive, no? Ok, we may have lied about the absence of ropes but I’m sure you’ll agree that this is still a brave and courageous feat that should be rewarded – and that’s where you come in.
We need to collect £900 to achieve our target and would be incredibly grateful if you could give us anything that you can spare (well, any money you can spare – I’m not sure whether we could make much use of an old sock) so please use the link on this page to donate as much as you can. Money donated goes to Barnardos which is the very deserving KPMG charity this year that does a lot of good in the UK - please click on the following link to find out more: http://www.barnardos.org.uk/Donate?gclid=CPGgrPmWiKkCFUGIDgodOTlViw.
And if you don’t really care about children or charity get this – if we achieve our target Gavin will be doing it too. Dressed as Superman.* If there was ever a reason to donate to a cause this is it…
If you would like to watch our final moments/throw fruit/hurl abuse the abseil will be taking place at 11am - 12pm on 7 June at 8 Salisbury Square, just off Fleet Street.
Thank you from all of the Restructuring Tax team. You’re good people.**
*There may be an element of untruth to this sentence.
** This does not apply to those that have not donated.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
