In 2014 Becky will run 12 marathons in a bid to raise at least £25,000 for Breast Cancer Care and Cancer Research UK. 

Supported by the Team Run 12 Guest Runners (who will complete at least one marathon) Becky will complete a 26.2 mile race each month! 

The team were carefully selected because of their personal connection to the two charities. Having loved and lost loved ones to Cancer, Becky and the team have decided to dedicate a year of their lives to raising vital funds and awareness of the work these two incredible charities do.

Cancer Research UK - I thought long and hard about my second charity and spoke to so many possible organisations before finally deciding that Cancer Research UK were the one! Cancer Research UK are entirely public funded, and are aiming to find a cure for ALL cancers. Every two minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer, this statistic is only getting worse. Together we can be the cure.
