Princess Alice Hospice (PAH) provides outstanding end of life care to adult patients across a large part of Surrey, South West London and Middlesex. It cared for over 2,500 patients last year, mainly within their own homes. All care is provided free of charge.
We did it ! ..... and even enjoyed ourselves. With Karen keeping us all up to the pace we all completed the circuit together in 4 hours give or take a few seconds. We met Daley Thompson, held a 1948 Olympic Torch and got very hot and sweaty.

Lynn, Ian and Jonathan are Trustees of PAH and have persuaded Di, Martin, Karen and Keith to join them as The Alice Springers. Together we have taken up the challenge of a sponsored Midnight Walk to raise funds for PAH: 13.1 miles starting at midnight on 5th September through Richmond, Teddington and Hampton.
As Trustees we have seen the care and dedication of the staff and volunteers at first hand and the enormous benefit received by patients and their families and friends at a time when care matters so much. We are all passionate about the care PAH provides; however this costs £7million pa and 75% of this amount has to be raised from the public each year (only a small NHS grant is received).
We had fabulous support last year and with extra friends to help us this time, we have increased our target. We're hoping to raise £2,500 for this excellent cause. Every little helps, so please give what you can to help us on our way.
