Way back in September- when the weather was warm and May 2013 seemed a fair whack away Nic, Amit  & myself signed up for The Tough Mudder. This is a breezy half Marathon length army style assault course around the British countryside- see website for images of ice baths & electric shock sprints.

 

We are all using this as a opportunity to raise money for causes that our important to us. I am raising for help for heroes a charity which supports those who have suffered injuries while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. See just giving page. My wife, Celita, will be snapping pictures to document our progress/suffering and we'll send the best of these to any sponsors post the our May 4th d-day.
