We care for children & young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambs, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk and support their families. This can be at home, in hospital or at one of three hospices at Milton, The Treehouse and The Nook. We rely on voluntary donations for the majority of our income.

Story

On the 15th December some members of  Team Jacum including some of Jacobs little friends who he went to baby groups with, will be walking the 1.5km of the Cambridge a Santa Dash in his memory.

Team Jacum is made up of the Family of Friends of an incredible lititle boy Jacob Wright, who grew his Angel wings on the 20th April 2012. He had a condition called Leigh's which is a Mitochondrial Disease. They’ve called themselves ‘Team Jacum’ as Hallie, Jacob's cousin was unable to say Jacob and could only say Jacum.

Team Jacum raise awareness of the condition and money to support children and their families when they need it most.

EACH Milton is very close to our hearts as they took care of Jacob after he died until his funeral and support and care for his family now. Team Jacums dream is that every family with a child with a life limiting condition should be given the option of receiving they amazing care and support hospices offer.

So please donate just a few pounds if you can so we can continue to help families and sick children when they need it most .
