Myself and Liz (and the gorgeous Nell) are taking part in Ride for Research sponsored Ride in the 3rd September to raise money for cancer research. 

This ride is not only in memory of a dear friend  who we lost a year ago (Carol  Amondson) but for my father (bob) who is currently fighting this terrible disease. ..

Armed with a map and a few essential items we will embark on our ride (route planned in advance to ensure route is doable and within Nelli's capability)

Any and all donations will be gratefully received and will help to find a cure for this horrendous disease.
